The Pina Colada beautifully melds with the Caribbean vibe of Old Havana. The version of the cocktail we serve features Havana 3yr rum, Malibu, blended with pineapple & lime juices, sweetened with coconut syrup & served frozen.

This refreshing drink can easily be made at home, the only missing ingredient being enjoying it at Old Havana Swansea or Cardiff.

INGREDIENTS
50 ml White Rum
30 ml Coconut Cream
50 ml Fresh Pineapple Juice

METHOD
Blend all the ingredients with ice in a electric blender, pour into a large glass and serve with straws.

Note:
Historically a few drops of fresh lime juice was added to taste. 4 slices of fresh pineapple can be used instead of juice

GARNISH
Garnish with a slice of pineapple with a cocktail cherry.
