WHAT TO DO
1.Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the onion and garlic and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes until they soften
2. Add the minced beef and stir until browned
3) Add the passata, raisins, olives, and chilies, and stir. Add the oregano, salt, and pepper.
4) Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, until the beef is cooked through.
5) Serve immediately with boiled rice or as a filling in tortillas or taco shells.
